libretro-bsnes is a library implimentation of the bsnes emulation core,
and can be used with a front-end, such as retroarch, to play Super Famicom
ROM dumps.  This version is a seperate repo maintained by Themaister,
and it aims to support building with C++98 compilers (with some GNU
extensions), and is stripped down to only build libsnes.
